Toni Walker brings over 20 years of experience of business analysis in IT and leadership roles in corporate and volunteer teams. She has participated in the systems development life cycle (SDLC), documenting and facilitating training and analyzing problems/issues with colleagues across all organizational levels. Her interpersonal and facilitation skills have proven essential to communicate with and serve others. She brings an engaging coaching style to ensure her clients receive information that is of value. Toni has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and graduate studies in Organizational Leadership. She has training in business analysis and project management techniques. The best advice she ever received was from a former manager early in her career: “Work smarter, not harder.”
