Toni Walker is the founder and owner of The Potamos Leader, a coaching and consulting firm that partners with organizations to promote a talent development and well-being culture. With undergraduate studies in Mathematics and graduate studies in Organizational Leadership, she is a people strategist and an accomplished business analyst. With her extensive lifelong learning plan and 15 years of experience as an IT business analyst, Toni envisioned The Potamos Leader to fulfill her desire to serve others more meaningfully by rejecting the status quo. The VCL Academy is the learning platform she created to reach a global audience with a more intimate touch.
Toni can assess the big picture, recognize the problem and potential in the situation, and determine a win-win resolution using the power of communication and empathy in relationships. She appreciates that everyone and every organization has the potential to operate at a greater level with the right plans of action and tools to implement them.
Toni believes that superior leaders must define and design a vision that inspires commitment and elevates the leadership of others. Her mission is to reach 100,000 students by 2028! It isn't about how long it will take but how far she can go!
